Frequently Asked Questions

All potential clients must go through a phone intake. This allows us to know what your needs are and if you are a right fit for our program. If you are a social worker calling on the behalf of the client, we may still perform an intake and if you can provide us with an intake of your own. A soft background check maybe performed to verify no harsh criminal convictions. This can be done in one day if client is available. Once client has been cleared a date and time convenient for the client will be set for onboarding and move-in.

Our luxury home is a program for those who are 55+ providing structured living. We ask that each client has:

• Consistent income rather it's through employment, SSI, SSDI, or a voucher
• Pathway Waiver (Medicaid waiver)
• Completed recovery program
• Must be 55+
• Payment due on day of move in
• Must not have any major convictions on criminal background.
